I am 15 years old, and play rugby for club level, district level (west Somerset), and County level (somerset)

I play for the A's at the moment and I'm in a 6 month period where the season has stopped for summer.

I play second row and at the moment i am not the biggest guy on the pitch.

There are under 16's trials in august which i have been invited too by somerset. But at these trials there will be people from private schools who will no doubt be bigger than me and i am scared that they will take my place. So i need to get bigger.i am already 6 ft 3

and i work out about once or twice a week. i have a race bike that i use a lot and i do and 20 miles a week. i run on occasion. but not to offten. I have a punch bag. some weights that are 5.5 kg, skipping rope, press up helpers. (swivel grips).

I have a protein shake but im not to sure how to use it or even if i should use it.

So if you could give me any tips on how to work out.

Or any tips on what to buy extra to my mini gym in my garage like a bench press or bicep curl or something.

And also give me some advice on my protein shakes?

I play number 8 for club and second row for my county. . .

I am mainly in need of a second row kind of boot because county is more important but if there is one that suits both i would be glad to hear. Ermmm im quite a quick guy. Tall, and quite built. Any sugestions??? Thanks.

I am in deep love with my best friend. . . I am a guy, she is a girl.

We used to go to the same schools but her parents are rich so they sent her to a private school by the time of year 8. the school isnt far away, but her parents dont want her to see people from her old school. We are best friends and we get to see each other 1 or 2 times per month sometimes less.

We talk every night on facebook,msn and skype ect. . but that is it. I have told her plenty of times that i love her. i complement her every day. i have loved her for just over 4 years. thats not some little kiddys love, i am on about the deep and pasionate love that you get for someone if you have been with them for a long time. She is the hottest girl in her year at school. every single boy wants her and talks to her. its hard for me to fit into her life anymore. I know she loves me, but only as a besfriend. but that is where it stops. Please help me, i don't know what to do. Shall i try and stop loving her? if so. . how? or shall i carry on and keep trying to win her over? PLEASE help me :/
