What will be the structure of Titanium(IV) complex when it has Weak Field Ligands?
Like, for this complex(I don't really care about its existance. So, I can be imaginary too)=>[TiCl4]H2O,
Ti has +4. So, there won't be any electrons of Titanium(Z=22) in the d-orbitals.
So, what will be it's structure? d4?
Answer me please. Thanks in advance :)
2 AnswersChemistry7 years agoWhy does solid ammonia sink in liquid ammonia?
Even though it has inter molecular Hydrogen bonding, the solid one does not float like that of water. I know that ice floats because of hydrogen bonding and if you say that H2O has more H-bonding then explain for HF. If you want some evidence that solid NH3 is denser,
See the density part over here:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ammonia
Thanks in advance.
