  • Arc length calculus Problem?

    Can someone help me with any of these problems?

    Find the arc length.

    y = (5x+1) / x ; interval [1,3]

    y = square root of 3-x ; interval [0,2]

    y = tan(x) ; interval [-pi/4, pi/4]

  • Related Rate Problem (Calculus)?

    A conical tank (with vertex down) is 10 ft across the top and 12 ft deep. If water is flowing into the tank at a rate of 10 cubic feet per minute, find the rate of change of the depth of the water when the water is 8 ft deep.
