my child is 6 yr old male and advised nebulisation with steroid budecort 0.5mg bd than after 1 month it was tapered to 0.25mg bd. now pediatrician is asking it to continue till 3-4 months in tapering dose. he would switch over to inhaler after that. Is it safe to give nebulisation for such a long period . although child is asymptomatic , no wheeze or rhonchi in chest. Is it still required to give nebulisation.

i registers my web site with yahoo small business. but even after 15 days yahoo search engines does not make it avialable. when i talked to customer care they said your search results depend on how specific your key words are. but i fail to understand that how any other key word can be more specific than a website domain visioneyehospital.in .than i they told me that your site must be at any page from 1 to 3000 on search results. but i again fail to understand that if yahoo page results contain only one page saying

No results were found.
