Flopalopegus

My wife and I have been taking care of my mother for the last 10 years or so and all of a sudden she reacting to my wife in a bad way. She's intentionally ignoring her and starts fights with me. I've spoken with my older siblings (which don't want to take care of her at all), and all they say is they couldn't wait to get away from her. I've been dealing with her crazy over the years, but now it's spilled over to my wife, and I'm not having it. We believe she's menopausal (she's having her period once every 3 months or so). I love my mother, but if she doesn't stop this crazy, I'm going to kick her out myself (a guarantee that our relationship will have degraded to the point of no return). Has anyone had a similar situation that can shed some light? Btw, she doesn't have the money to live on her own, so she'd probably have to live in her car.
