Now, I know commodity market traders use the Spot Price of gold to determine the current price. But I am curious how this price is related to the daily rates of gold as advertised by jewellers. How is that this price is different for different metros but Spot price is across the country?

The Facebook Social Plugins page gives us a script to incorporate a Facebook Like button. However, I am looking at an alternate plugin that can give me a button similar to the one you see here : http://in.finance.yahoo.com/news/Oil-price-shock-r...
Can someone offer me or point me to where I can find this script? Thanks a lot.
4 AnswersProgramming & Design1 decade agoIs Benjamin Graham Formula Applicable to non-American stocks?
I am researching on the Benjamin Graham formula that helps you arrive at a valuation of a company.
V= (EPS * (8.5 +2g)/ * 4.4)/Y
Here, Y stands for the current yield on AAA corporate bonds (that are typically issued by the Federal Treasury in the US).
My question is, will Benjamin Graham formula be applicable to non-American stocks? Now, although at the outset the formula looks made for American stocks, I feel it could be used for other stocks as well. Please tell me what you think.
2 AnswersInvesting1 decade agoRegular Heart Checkup - Things to do?
A couple of relatives have had angina/heart attacks in recent past and it was later learned through angiogram that they had a huge portion of arteries blocked.
Now, I am looking to perform a regular heart checkup for my parents that could give me an idea of their health. What all tests do you suggest? I earlier thought angiogram could be a good test, but then realized it is not just expensive (for a regular checkup), but can also cause complications.
2 AnswersHeart Diseases1 decade agoIs this permutation or combination?
I think you may have heard of websites like bit.ly. They basically reduce any website link into a short 6 character ID. For instance, this webpage can be shortened to a link like bit.ly/34Fg54
Now I want to know how many such IDs are generated. The IDs are 6-characters long and contain letters and numbers. So, that makes n=36. Now, we pick 6 random characters to form an ID. So is this permuation or combination.
Also, how many such IDs can be geneated if it were to be 6 characters long. And how many if they are 5 characters long?
Thanks a lot
